This is a 14 cube, original flex tray ice maker, and comes with a built in defrost timer. What is pictured and numbered is exactly what will be sent. We do not have on the ground experience with these so we won't be able to offer much product support after the sale. Please troubleshoot your system 'to death' before ordering! We can not and will not accept returns based in faulty troubleshooting!!!
